Funding

Generosity, in its many guises, is the single most sustaining gift which has helped establish the Beshara School, and has allowed it to grow and develop to this present day. Countless selfless acts, such as time freely given, or donations small and large, have engendered such a collectivity of support that the School is owned by no-one and everyone. It has never been dependent on any single big donor or funding from any particular interest groups.

Thank you!

Current fundraising is focused in the campaigns outlined below. Donations towards any of these projects will be gratefully received:

Education and Development

This has a broad remit and extends world wide:

Working for the Future: Core funding is sought for the Development Office, to expand its activities of communicating and co-ordinating educational programmes worldwide.

Scholarships & bursaries: Making a donation to this fund can help a student to undertake a course where their financial situation may otherwise prevent it.

Angela Culme-Seymour Fund: Established for the provision of new materials and translations.

The Chisholme Institute

This unique place in the Scottish Borders offers an environment dedicated in every aspect and detail to an education in oneness (more about Chisholme).

Core support: Help secure Chisholme’s future, by participating in the long-running Covenant Scheme, or by making a one-off donation.

Volunteer Fund: Support the stay of volunteers working at Chisholme House. You will provide an opportunity for young volunteers to gain new skills and learn about themselves in this unique environment.

Help create a native woodland: Whether you consider it a gift for the future, a way of offsetting your carbon or providing a home for some red squirrels, help us maintain the Chisholme woodlands.

…last but not least

The Penny Fund: Save your pennies to help students at Chisholme...
