Work Opportunities
Working at Chisholme:
Would you like to join the Chisholme residential Community to work, study, meditate and live with others for a period of time in the beautiful Borders setting of the Chisholme Estate? If so you will indeed find it to be a very beautiful and harmonious place, a seamless whole dedicated in every single aspect to an understanding of the oneness of all existence.
You will find also that working at Chisholme is a practical way to approach wholeness and to experience its living reality through action, aided by the opportunity of joining the various study and retreat courses offered to community members and also of regular daily meditation for those who wish.
Although there are individual jobs available in various areas the starting point for everyone at Chisholme is that each person is seeking an understanding not only of themselves but of the whole, of the individual’s place and potential for completion within this and of that which is at the heart of all of the great traditions throughout human history. Before anything else all of those at Chisholme are both students of human potential and seekers of their own reality, forming a fluid Community working for various periods of time and in various capacities.
If you would like to work at Chisholme the first stage is to apply to join this Community and then to discuss with us what work is available, how long you would like to stay and what your skills are. As a members of the community you would be required to be residential and would receive all board and lodging and you may also receive a subsistence payment to help you financially if necessary. At present there are openings in the following areas, so if you would like to join us get in touch now.
