Right now there is both the need and the opportunity for us to embody a new form of leadership centred around a deeper consciousness that allows transformation at all levels. The key to this transformation is realising that change starts with us, and within us. 
A practical workshop to develop our latent skills of listening and awareness. It will focus on understanding and working with conflict on every level.

There will be time to explore:
• Why self-awareness is so effective in leadership
• How we can work well with those we perceive as ‘the other’
• How we sustain our inner awareness as we initiate change in the work-place
• How we understand that by giving more, by being generous, we open possibilities for profound cultural change

Participants will leave with practical skills for transforming conflict through experiential
practices and discussion.
