Colin Tudge: The Future Belongs to the Gourmet

Back by popular demand Colin Tudge, author, biologist, and co-founder of the Campaign for Real Farming and the College for Enlightened Agriculture, returns to Chisholme House with a fascinating talk on the relationship of good quality food to environmental well-being and sustainable agriculture.

 

The talk will be followed by a buffet of locally sourced produce, including beef from the acclaimed Peelham Farm in Berwickshire and produce from Chisholme's own organic kitchen garden, all cooked by students of the Love, Knowledge and Broccoli course, under renowned Masterchef Martin Lam.  

Time: 11am (coffee 10.15 - 10.45)
Cost: Talk free, buffet by donation
